Take Inventory of What's in Your Bag!

"You were born prepacked. God looked at your entire life, determined your assignment (purpose), and gave you the tools to do the job".

“Tammy will be a teacher…give her a passion for knowledge."

"Mary will comfort the sick…give her an extra dose of compassion…”

What’s in your bag?

  • What activities and experiences cause you to come alive and thrive?

  • When you are experiencing this activity, conversation…you actually become ‘sad’ when it comes to an end?

  • When you do THIS THING you lose all track of time and your energy seems endless and boundless.

What were you doing?

If you were in a river, these would be times when you feel you are going with the current…WHAT ARE THE RECURRING THEMES?

Your life may have undergone significant challenges and changes but your BENT, your PASSIONS, what you YEARN to do and EXPERIENCE should only intensify.

You keep finding yourself doing this…fixing things, challenging systems, organizing information, fighting for the underdog, baking, networking behind the scenes…

This THING comes easily to you, not without struggle, but with less struggle than others who are not called to your purpose.

You find yourself asking why others can’t do it efficiently or why they find it so difficult.

God shaped you according to your purpose!  How else can you explain yourself? Your uncanny ability to operate in crisis, find solutions, make others feel better, organize, design,...

He knew what your generation would need and is giving it through you. His design defines your destiny. (1 Peter 4:11)

What have you always done well and what have you always loved to do and wanted to do?

Your Designer couples your “WANT TO” with the “ABILITY TO DO”. (Philippians 2:13)

See your God-given desires as gifts to heed rather than longings to suppress, and you will experience true joy.
